Bounded readiness, provider-owned execution.

This page summarizes the operating perimeter of the current LarkMetric validation-stage product. It is not legal advice, regulatory clearance, processor approval or an incorporated-company claim.

Current operating boundary

  • Structured B2B readiness and referral logic only.
  • No payment processing, acquiring or money movement.
  • No merchant-of-record role.
  • No KYC/KYB document collection or underwriting.
  • No guaranteed approval, pricing or legal-clearance claim.
  • No end-user age verification or chargeback operations performed by LarkMetric.

Age assurance and consent provenance

Where relevant to the merchant model, LarkMetric may treat age-access controls, participant verification, consent provenance, moderation and complaint/removal controls as readiness gates. Missing or unclear controls should produce FIX FIRST or UNKNOWN. LarkMetric does not collect performer IDs, explicit content or verification evidence; the downstream provider remains responsible for verifying supporting evidence during underwriting.

Partner-owned execution

After a consented introduction, the downstream provider owns commercial contact, document collection, KYC/KYB, underwriting, final pricing, boarding, integration, payment operations and ongoing support according to its own rules.

Evidence-first posture

Unknown GEO coverage, unsupported verticals, stale evidence or conflicting partner information fail closed. Commercial payout never overrides eligibility or evidence quality.

Contact-form boundary

The form is a business-enquiry channel, not a merchant application, underwriting workflow, KYC/KYB intake, secure document upload or legal consultation channel.
