Current operating boundary
- Referral and routing logic only.
- No payment processing or money movement.
- No merchant-of-record role.
- No KYC/KYB collection, underwriting or guaranteed approval.
- No end-user age verification or chargeback operations performed by LarkMetric.
Partner-owned execution
Downstream partners remain responsible for sales, document collection, underwriting, boarding, integration, payment operations and ongoing merchant support.
Evidence-first posture
Unknown eligibility states, uncertain GEO coverage or unsupported verticals should fail closed rather than being assumed open. Commercial terms do not override hard restrictions or missing evidence.
Future product principle
If a merchant-readiness flow is built later, it should remain privacy-minimized, collect only business facts necessary for routing, and keep regulated execution with the downstream provider.
